Client Care Options Ltd (CCO) was established by Mark Baker and Randolph Murray. We have actively worked in the legal expenses insurance profession since the 1990's, underwriting, brokering and developing innovative products for solicitors and their clients.
We place great importance on face-to-face relationships and meeting with lawyers and their clients.
This helps lawyers to understand and access the most up-to-date risk transfer and litigation funding products and schemes. Each piece of litigation is unique and we meet that challenge with solutions that are clear and case-specific.
Our services are focused on helping litigation teams reduce the amount of time and resource expended when exploring options for clients and fully satisfying their "Client Care" obligations.
In the event the insurance market is unwilling to offer cover for a particular piece of litigation, we will provide your file with written confirmation to this effect so that your case files are both 'audit-proof' and compliant.
Compliance
For the mutual protection of solicitors, their clients and us, we have a service agreement contract in place with Straight Solutions Ltd, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority No 315448.
Straight Solutions Ltd is a well-established Intermediary in which all our quotations, insurance contracts and documentation and ultimately claims, are regulated and administered.
We have direct access to a broad range of specialist insurers as well as access to a specific insurer that can offer unrivalled terms of flexible cover. This allows us to offer a fully independent, high quality broking service.
